Privacy policy
A clear explanation of this demonstration, and the information a live service would need to provide.
This is an independent concept demo. Use fictional details only. A demo account is not a Three account. No identity verification, payment processing or supplier application is sent from these files.
What the demo uses
Interactive choices, fictional account status, service or booking options and preferences can be remembered in this browser. Editable form text is used to show the journey; the saved demo profile uses fictional sample values. No password or card credentials are required. Downloads are generated on your device.
Where information goes
The demo has no application backend, analytics or advertising integrations. Form entries are not transmitted by these files. Loading a hosted page may create normal hosting access logs such as IP address and browser details; the hosting provider’s own notice applies to its infrastructure. Following an external link opens another organisation’s website.
Keep, export or clear your demo
Saved demonstration state remains in this browser until you clear it, use the reset control, or your browser removes it. My Account includes demo export and reset controls. Downloaded copies remain on your device until you delete them. Closing or reloading a page clears unsaved form drafts.
Before a live launch
A published privacy notice must identify the actual operating entity and contact route, purposes and lawful bases, recipients, retention, international transfers and safeguards, and how to exercise rights. These details are pending commercial and data-role agreements; no legal entity, DPO or customer-service address is invented here.
Data responsibilities would be agreed for each processing activity. Suppliers would explain their own delivery and billing processing. Three’s role would depend on the approved distribution and data flows. This demo does not assign production controller or processor roles.
Privacy rights and questions
Where applicable, people can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent for consent-based uses. Rights are subject to their legal conditions. The live operator must publish a working request channel. You can read guidance or raise a concern with the Data Protection Commission.

Terms and conditions
Draft terms for the Three Business AI concept. No live contract is created by this demonstration.
For commercial and legal review. These pages demonstrate where customer terms would appear. They are not approved Three terms, supplier terms or launch-ready legal documents.
1. Who this is for
This concept is intended for Irish SMEs buying for business purposes. The actual supplier’s eligibility, service area, compatibility, age and access requirements would be shown before a live purchase. Any account here is fictional and separate from My3 and Three+.
2. Who supplies, supports and bills
| Supplier | Would be named before purchase, hold the service contract, deliver the AI supplier subscription, bill the customer and resolve technical or fulfilment issues and refunds. |
|---|---|
| Marketplace operator | Would curate suppliers, coordinate onboarding and provide first-line help and case tracking under agreed responsibilities. |
| Three Ireland | Proposed brand and distribution partner. Brand use, customer access, investment and billing integration are not approved or assumed. |
3. Scope, prices and payment
€149 per month excluding VAT is an illustrative modelling hypothesis, not an available offer or final quote. For a live purchase, the supplier, scope, total payable including applicable VAT, extras, recurring obligations and payment recipient must be clear before agreement. No payment data is taken or payment authorised here.
4. Starting, changing and cancelling
A live order would need supplier acceptance and any required checks. Availability shown here is fictional. Demonstration changes and cancellation buttons only change the sample record; they do not notify a supplier, create a refund or end a real contract. Read the cancellation and refund notes for the relevant concept.
5. Service problems and complaints
The proposed operator would log and track a case, with escalation to the responsible supplier. The live terms must state working contact details, escalation steps and applicable dispute routes. A demo support ticket is not sent to anyone and has no response-time promise. Existing Three account, broadband, warranty or included installation issues stay with the relevant Three support service.
6. Fair use, safety and rights
Use fictional information in this demo. Do not enter payment credentials, account passwords, health information or other sensitive details. Supplier restrictions and service limits would be agreed before a live launch. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Governing-law, liability, security and dispute clauses require the actual parties and legal review.
7. Brand and content
The official 3 symbol is used for a provisional concept presentation. No Three partnership is represented as approved. Example businesses, services, reviews of activity, inventory and provider profiles are fictional; imagery is illustrative. All commercial terms require agreement.

Cookies and storage
Your demo choices stay on your device. There are no analytics or advertising tools in these website files.
Cookies and browser storage
The files do not set application cookies. They use browser local storage for explicitly requested demo features such as remembering a sample account. This is not a secure login or a customer database. Hosting services may have their own essential infrastructure controls.
| Demonstration state | Fictional profile IDs, account/verification/payment statuses, allowlisted service or booking choices, application steps and preferences. Stored until reset or browser clearing. |
|---|---|
| Optional tracking | Analytics: off and not installed. Advertising: off and not installed. No toggle on this page enables a tracker. |
Control what is saved
Use the portal’s reset/export controls or clear this demo’s saved state below. This affects this marketplace’s namespaced demo keys on the current origin only. It does not delete files you downloaded or change any real Three account. Storage on another domain or browser is separate. Browsers may also isolate storage for each local HTML file; when opening files directly, use the portal’s own reset control for its account data. An HTTP preview gives consistent storage across these pages.
Reset this marketplace demo
Remove its remembered sample account, booking/service status, preferences and application progress. Other marketplace demos are kept.
If optional technologies are added later
The operator must assess which uses need consent and provide appropriate choices before enabling them. The DPC’s guidance covers device storage and similar technologies, with narrow exemptions for services explicitly requested by the user. No claim of a completed cookie or privacy audit is made here.

Cancellations and refunds
No real booking, subscription, charge or refund exists in this demo.
Cancel, pause, reschedule and refund actions update fictional records only. A real supplier’s confirmed policy and any applicable statutory rights must be shown before a live purchase.
Business AI subscriptions
The proposed catalogue is aimed at business customers. Subscription duration, renewal, billing dates, pause behaviour, setup fees, usage overages and cancellation notice would be agreed with the named supplier. The €149 monthly average is a modelling assumption, not an agreed monthly plan.
When the buyer is a consumer
Consumer protections and cancellation rules may apply depending on the actual buyer and contract. Do not apply business-only terms to a consumer sale without review. Digital services and any request to start performance early need appropriate disclosures; this demo does not waive cancellation rights.
Problems with delivery
A change-of-mind policy is distinct from rights when a service is not delivered or does not meet legal or contractual requirements. The applicable remedy depends on the contract and facts. Try the support journey to see a sample issue and escalation path; nothing is sent.
Before a real purchase
The buyer would receive supplier identity and contact information, final price, cancellation conditions, any applicable cancellation form and a durable confirmation. None of those production arrangements is represented as secured by this demo.

Provider application terms
A separate demonstration journey for prospective providers. An application is not a supplier appointment.
No information is submitted to a company, no checks are conducted, no contract is signed and no supplier is approved through this demo.
The proposed process
- Express interest and outline the service.
- Review capability, references, service scope, insurance where relevant, security/data practices and customer support.
- Agree a commercial contract, billing/refund process, customer information and service measures.
- Obtain required brand, product and operational approvals before any listing goes live.
Draft commercial principle
The illustrative marketplace commission is 25% of relevant supplier sales, subject to agreed refunds and contract definitions. The hypothesis allocates 30% of collected marketplace commission after refunds to Three; it is not 30% of supplier sales. These are discussion assumptions, not an offer or executed agreement.
Supplier responsibilities
The proposed supplier would deliver and bill the service, provide accurate product information, handle technical support and refunds, meet applicable legal obligations and use customer information only under agreed terms. Marketplace support would coordinate first-line cases. Production security, data-processing, liability and exit arrangements require an agreed contract.
What the application screen means
Statuses such as Draft or Review pending are fictional journey states. They do not mean a real business received an application or performed checks. Do not upload identity documents, insurance certificates or client data; this demo has no upload service.

Accessibility
Designed for keyboard use, readable screens and a clear journey.
What is included
Labelled form controls, visible keyboard focus, descriptive links, responsive layouts, semantic headings, status messages and confirmation steps for demonstration changes. Colour is accompanied by text labels. Native browser controls support date and form entry.
Current status
This prototype has not received a formal accessibility audit or certification. WCAG 2.2 AA is a proposed design target for a live product, not a conformance claim. Third-party pages have their own accessibility statements.
Need another way to use the demo?
The support screen demonstrates where an accessibility request could be raised, without sending a message. A live service must provide a working accessible contact route and document any known barriers and alternatives.

Contact and support
Find the right route, with no confusion about what is live.
About this concept
Proposed by Cianán Clancy’s venture company for discussion with Three Ireland. A formal operating entity, postal address, privacy contact and support channels would be confirmed before launch. No approved partnership, investment or customer access is implied.
Demo account, purchase or application
Use the sample support page to explore categories, case status and escalation. It does not email, call or submit to a real help desk.
Existing Three services
Use Three’s actual support service for current Three contracts, account access, billing, broadband faults, warranties or included installation. The marketplace demonstration has no access to those systems.
